Know your grades
Scrub-pad material is specified by grade — for example Grade 310 for standard green pads and Grade 410 for tougher formats. Steel scrubbers come in Grade 430 stainless and a galvanised "Super" grade. A higher grade generally means a longer-lasting product, so match the grade to your customers' expectations and price point.
Understand MOQ and size-wise pricing
Bulk items carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and are often priced by size. Loose green pads, for instance, are available in multiple thicknesses (8, 10, 15, 20 and 25 mm) and several cut sizes, each with its own MOQ. Loofahs and loofah belts can be supplied unpacked and priced by the gram, which is ideal if you do your own packaging.
Consider custom & private label
If you sell under your own brand, custom sizing and private-label packing let you differentiate while still sourcing from one supplier. This is common for distributors who want a consistent house brand across categories.
